Cost of Living Crisis and the need for advice

Record numbers of people are turning to Citizens Advice for help as we face the cost-of-living crisis together.

Our volunteers and advisers are working flat out – answering as many calls and seeing as many people as they can, who have urgent and complex problems.

But we also know there are many people who are struggling to get through to us as we try to tackle the challenge of so much more demand.

We’re working with partners to help us meet more demand, which shows no signs of slowing down.

We know there’s still a long way to go to get through this challenging time, but with continued support, we’ll be able to help many more of the people who urgently need advice.
