We are a local independent advice charity. We’re part of the Citizens Advice network.
Our goal is to help Brighton and Hove citizens find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice. We campaign on the issues affecting people’s lives.Â
Please note we can only help people who live within these postcodes: BN1, BN2, BN3, BN41.
If you live outside of these postcodes, you should contact your local Citizens Advice office. You can do so here.Â
If you can’t find the advice you need on our national website, you can request email advice by using our online enquiry form.
You can also call us directly and speak to one of our Volunteer Advisers. You can call us on 08082 78 78 15. All calls are free.

- Tuesday     09.30 – 12.30  and  17.00 – 19.30

We also have face to face drop-in sessions at these times:
- Monday afternoons at 1.15pm
- Thursday mornings at 9.15am
- Friday mornings at 9.15am
Drop-in sessions operate on a first come, first served basis.
