Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove is seeking committed Generalist Advisers to join our expanding Projects Team to support delivery of our specialist advice services. The postholder will be supported to develop in-depth knowledge in key advice areas to deliver high quality casework to a range of clients.
Successful applicants will be on the front line of the response to the cost of living crisis, including tackling fuel poverty, providing community energy advice, and working with local food banks to support their users. Advisers will need to deliver services in line with funder requirements, maintain our high quality of advice and work with clients to get the best outcomes possible.
This is a learning and development opportunity, so whilst the ideal candidate will have some experience of delivering advice, we will provide a thorough package of training to fully equip the adviser to deliver high quality advice and casework in all relevant areas, as well as an ongoing focus on continual professional development.
